coin-blankWhere to Find Tokens

You can trade most Solana tokens on FatCat. The token must have liquidity on a supported pool.

To select the right asset, use the token’s mint address.

What a mint address is (token address)

A mint address is the token’s unique identifier on Solana.

It’s the public address of the token’s mint account.

If you have the mint address, you have the exact token. Names and symbols can be copied.

Example mint address (wSOL):

So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112

A mint address is not a wallet address and not your token account address. It identifies the token itself.

Best places to get a token’s mint address

Start with sources you can verify.

  • Official project channels: website, docs, X, Discord, Telegram.

  • Explorer token pages: copy the mint from a trusted explorer.

  • DEX analytics: useful for liquidity and volume checks.

  • Launch platforms: many tokens publish the mint on their launch page.

Verify the token before you trade

Use this checklist for every new token.

  • The mint address matches the project’s official announcement.

  • The token has real liquidity. Thin liquidity increases slippage and price impact.

  • Holder distribution is not extremely concentrated.

  • Token permissions look sane (mint/freeze authority).

  • You are not relying on name or ticker alone.
