Use Help to see solutions to common problems.

Help never places trades or changes wallet permissions.

When to use Help

Use Help when:

• a transaction failed and you can’t tell why

• an order looks stuck or missing

• you think you might be dealing with a scam or a fake bot

• you need account-specific troubleshooting

How to contact support

• If the 🔔 Help section doesn’t provide the answer you need, check the docs.

• If you still can’t find the answer to your problem contact support at [email protected].

What to include when contacting support

Share enough to debug. Do not share secrets.

Include:

• Your wallet address and Telegram User Name or ID.

• The feature you used (swap, limit, DCA, Perps).

• The step that failed (connect, sign, pending, filled, etc.).

• A transaction signature (if one exists).

• Screenshots of the error (optional).

Never share your seed phrase or private key. FatCat team members and support will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
